These are the components that you need to have in addition to what your company provides for your business. To successfully have the ability to recruit, you need to stand out amongst others. Your individuality and your personality will do that. You only need to be yourself. Using the psychology of personal branding will make it easy. Your brand does not need to attract everybody. Underneath it all, people like to relate to other people. Especially if they are just similar to them. They recognize that no one is perfect so as they see some characteristics that shows that they are comparable to them, they are naturally attracted. And so we have the three elements of "Personality", "Competency", and "Differentiation" that make up "Personal Branding". Using personal branding with MLM is a must. So be your own self and get out there.
